Repro II: which companies can register

Regarding the Emergency Assistance Program for Independent Workers in Critical Sectors, the new provision of the Ministry of Labor establishes that the same values ​​will be taken as the critical and non-critical affected sectors, in terms of the variation in turnover, comparing the June 2019 to June this year.

On the other hand, based on the economic and labor situation observed in July as a result of the coronavirus, the Committee understood that the parameters of the Repro Program of the selection phase defined for June should not be modified, with the exception of the percentage variation of invoicing and VAT purchases, which should change.

In this regard, the variation in purchasing billing should be less than 72% for critical and non-critical affected sectors (it was 71% in June) and 114% for health care providers (it was 113%).

And in the case of VAT, the variation must be less than 114% for all sectors.

Repro II: how much is paid

On the other hand, the Ministry determined that for the determination of the monetary sum provided for in Article 3 of Decree No. 660/2021, the minimum monthly net remuneration of the worker will be taken as the basis of calculation, for which purpose they will be applied the following criteria:

  • When the working day is less than TWENTY-FOUR (24) weekly hours, the hour value corresponding to the category and the modality in which the worker works will be taken, multiplied by the number of hours declared as working hours.
  • When the working day is equal to or greater than TWENTY-FOUR (24) hours per week, the proportional amount of the monthly remuneration required for the category and the modality in which the worker works will be calculated, in relation to the declared monthly workday. .
