“Insert” has as its objective the promotion of employment and the generation of new job positions in Small and medium businesses linked to activities of the knowledge economy of the different provinces that join. The generation of this program was made official through the Resolution 584/2023.

According to the document, it is considered pertinent to use all the resources possible and necessary to accompany the “recovery of productive capacities and promote the growth of the knowledge economy sector.” At the same time, he maintains that it is considered appropriate to promote “strategies for the incorporation and generation of human Resources for companies in the knowledge economy sector” to expand the supply of qualified labor and strengthen local competitiveness.
Insert: how the program will be funded
According to the Resolution, it will be financed through the creation of a Trust Fund for the Promotion of the Knowledge Economy (FONPEC)in which Small and Medium Enterprises from the different Provinces can participate, in order to improve the employability of their population in the area of Knowledge Economy.
This Fund has among its objectives and functions to finance the training and qualification for the subsequent generation of new qualified human resources, as well as financing working capital, for companies that carry out related activities.
Insert: what are the benefits
will be awarded Non-Refundable Contributions (ANR) at companies who are beneficiaries in accordance with the provisions of point 5 of these Bases and Conditions, for each worker or worker hired by indeterminate time already full timeup to a total quota of new hires and a percentage of the salary, which will be determined in each call for each province, based on what was approved by the Executive Committee of the Trust Fund for the Promotion of the Knowledge Economy (FONPEC).
Each quota will give the right to enjoy a Non-Refundable Contribution (ANR)up to SIX (6) monthly payments consecutive terms for each worker on a percentage of the salary, which in no case will extend to periods after the month of July 2024, date on which THE PROGRAM will end, conditional on the incorporation of a worker.
The incorporation of the new worker must produce a net increase in the staffing hired for an indefinite period, located in the participating provinces and also in the total staff of the employer.

All those may participate in the program. legal persons incorporated in Argentina, or that are authorized to act within their territory in accordance with the current legal regime and that are within the category of Micro, Small and Medium-sized companies.
