Sergio Massa and Fernanda Raverta will provide more details this afternoon on new economic measures, aimed at informal workers.
The Minister of Economy, Sergio Massatogether with the owner of the ANSES, Fernanda Raverta, prepare a series of announcements with an impact on the economy. These are measures aimed at informal workersamong which the possibility of paying a new income booster for that sector, one of the most relegated and punished by the negative effect of the inflation and devaluation. As confirmed Ambitthe Government denied that it is a new IFEbut rather of a “income reinforcement for informal workers”which includes an approximate universe of 3 million people.
There will be a conference scheduled this Monday for 7 p.m., headed by Massa and Ravertawhere they will provide details about the new measures for informal workers.

Massa will announce measures for informal workers: what is known about the new IFE
Last week, Sergio Massa was in C5N and advanced the guidelines of the next economic measures to be implemented, especially focused on the sector of informal workers, a group that today (it is estimated) reaches three million people.
The minister made references to proposals to “try to help” informal workers, to “face the situation represented by the devaluation that the IMF imposed on Argentina.”
“We have to help them” and that is why “we are working on some measure” that is not yet fully defined but that “in the coming days we will resolve it,” the minister said.
The announcement by the Minister of Economy had been made earlier this week, after the Chamber of Deputies gave half a sanction to the Income tax reform and after the Ministry of Economy confirmed VAT refund to products from the basic basket.
This last measure favors self-employed workers and formal workers whose salaries are banked, but not necessarily informal workers who receive their daily income in cash, which, in the sum of the month, is usually below the basic basket.
