Moderated by Leyla Bechara and Mati Colombatti, took part Federico González Roucoeconomist and manager of Credits and Rentals at the CABA Housing Institute, Manuel Sociaspolitical scientist and Buenos Aires legislator for Unión por la Patria, and Gervasio Muñoza representative of the Grouped Tenants group.

However, there were specific commonalities among the guests.
Among the consensuses reached, the following stand out:
- It is necessary to de-dollarize the real estate market: The current state of things has taken away means and possibilities from, mainly, people who aspire to become independent and rent.
- This de-dollarization is not a mere “declaration of principles”: It requires political will and a much deeper understanding of the backgrounds, motivations and irregularities observed in the real estate market.
