There may be times in an apprenticeship when not everything goes smoothly. This is completely normal. It is important to know that you are not alone in such situations and that you can receive support.
An open ear
The coaches from “Apprenticeship instead of Empty” are specially trained to accompany apprentices in these moments. They offer a listening ear, individual advice and help in finding solutions. You can contact us by phone, email or in person. After an initial conversation with the coach, you decide whether you want to start coaching.
Advice also for companies
Training companies are also coached so that they can react correctly to challenging situations in everyday training. The topics can be workplace conflicts with apprentices, learning problems among apprentices or the management and support of young people. In this way, the potential and strengths of apprentices and those responsible for training should be further developed individually. The coaching sessions are free, confidential and are offered throughout Austria.
The aim of the program is to counteract training dropouts through apprenticeship and training company coaching and to ensure and continually expand the high quality of training in Austria in the dual system.
