However, in recent days she was linked to a Dólar Blue “wholesaler”, whose operation was to take dollar bills, exchange them for pesos and then deposit them in banks.
Attentive to this situation, and clarifying that Tower Travel is a tourism wholesaler, that is, it does not receive direct payments from passengers, the company reacted by initiating an internal investigation aimed at clarifying the facts, in line with the actions of the authorities, and presenting itself before the intervening federal court last Tuesday the 17th.
Despite this, it is evident that in the market operations are carried out between the tourist dollar and the blue dollar by some members of the tourism sector that could report higher margins than normal.
Therefore, fully convinced of its transparent management and its total adherence to current regulations, the company appeared before the Justice in order to provide all the pertinent information in order to clarify the facts investigated and be able to determine the full innocence in his actions.
Likewise, Tower Travel is at the disposal of the competent Customs authorities, the AFIP and other State agencies to provide the elements they require.
Neither the company nor its shareholders and/or directors have been summoned in the judicial case in which Nimbus Group is mentioned, a financial group suspected in the case for alleged illicit operations in the financial system.
Tower Travel recognizes and values the efforts of the authorities to face economic difficulties with responsibility and seriousness.
