The parity of Commerce employees It is counted from April 2023 to March 2024. So far, the increases were 19.5 percent in the first equal quarter and 27% (July-August-September). In this way, in six months they achieved an increase in income of 46.5%. The disaggregated increases were the following:

  • 6.5% in April.
  • 6.5% in May.
  • 6.5% in June.

Added to the salary increase a non-remunerative fixed sum of $25,000, which was paid in two installments; one in April and another in May, for $12,500 each one time.

For the second quarter, the increase was this way:

  • 7.5% in July.
  • 7.5% in August.
  • 7.5% in September.

In the last month, employees who worked on Trade Employee Day were also paid double for working on the union holiday.

What increase will the Commerce union ask for for workers?
