Through Decree 576/2023 signed by the president Alberto Fernández and published This Monday in the Official Gazette, a loan ofl Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) for an amount of up to 185 million Dollars. The loan is intended to partially finance the “Project for the Construction of Complementary Works for the President Néstor Kirchner Gas Pipeline: Additional Compression on Stage 1Trayén-Salliqueló”.
The decree establishes that the loan will be granted for a period of 20 years, with a grace period of 5 years. The interest rate will be 5% per year.
The decree also establishes that the Executing Agency of the project will be the Ministry of Economy, through the Ministry of Energy and the company Energía Argentina SA (ENARSA).
