Steyr Traktor parent is to be delisted from the Milan stock exchange

Steyr Traktoren parent CNH Industrial plans to delist from the Milan stock exchange in early 2024. This was announced by the company’s board of directors on Tuesday. The delisting application will be submitted today, Tuesday. The group will remain listed exclusively on Wall Street, CNH said. The delisting in Milan will take effect at the earliest 45 days after the publication of the corresponding notice by Borsa Italiana.

CNH Industrial, which employs 40,000 people worldwide, split from its subsidiary Iveco in January 2022 and now wants to concentrate on the agricultural and construction machinery business. Steyr Traktoren employs around 500 people at its location in Sankt Valentin.
