Workers in private homes will get a 12% increase in their November salaries (paid in December)according to the joint agreements negotiated by the National Labor Commission for Private Home Personnel (CNTCP) at the end of September. In this negotiation, it had been defined to carry out an increase of 34% for the October, November and December quarters.
The 34% increase is in three sections: the 12% monthly in Octoberanother rise of the same figure in November and a 10% in December. It is worth clarifying that, the increases are not cumulativeso they are applied to the salary in force in September.
Furthermore, the Commission already agreed meet again in December to reevaluate the salary pattern of the private home staff.

Supervisor
Coordination and control of tasks carried out by two or more people in charge.

Extra for domestic workers
From the Auxiliary Personal Union of Private Houses (UPACP) they explained that The “monthly” modality applies to those who work a minimum of 24 hours a month, while for those who do it below that floor, the “hourly” modality applies. Furthermore, there is aadditional for “Seniority” equivalent to 1% for each year of the employment relationship.
An additional percentage of 30% on the minimum salaries to be applied in each of the categories is also taken into account for personnel who perform tasks in “unfavorable areas“, in the provinces of The Pampa, Black river, Chubut, Neuquen, Santa Cruz, Land of Fire and the Patagones party of the Province of Buenos Aires.
