Today the 29th Industrial Conference called “There is industry, there is future” will be held, the event organized annually by the UIA, which will bring together the main leaders of the sector at the national level, along with representatives of the political sphere, academics and other prominent personalities.

For the only time this year, the Argentine Industrial Union chaired by Daniel Funes de Rioja brings together the country’s main industries. Among the sponsors of this edition are: Accenture, Arcor, CAEM, Cerámica Alberdi, CILFA, FIAT, Ledesma, Sinteplast, Techint, ALPAT, Rockwell, ADIMRA and Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes.

The Conference offers a space for dialogue to debate the most important agenda items for the national industry, among which new technologies and artificial intelligence, economic policies for integration into the world, federal development and strategic sectors of Argentine production stand out. Specialists and protagonists of the different activities will participate in the thematic panels, who will share their experiences and debate the challenges faced by the industrial sectors they lead.

In addition, Diana Mondino, Guillermo Francos, Axel Kicillof, Raúl Jalil and Ignacio Torres, among others, will be present to put into perspective the opportunities that exist within Argentina and its integration into the world.

“The Argentine Union is committed to developing and defending a sustainable productive and federal model. With the White Paper as its guiding principle, it is promoting a law to promote productive investment, the economic development of each region of the country and a tax simplification plan to achieve greater production and more employment, taking into account new labor realities and eliminating distortions. that punish SMEs, regional economies and internal and external competitiveness,” it was officially stated.

Spaces for dialogue are essential – it was observed from the entity – to be able to enhance the opportunities of the industry, face emergencies and move towards the reactivation that the country needs.
