Furthermore, the cost of the products that make up the Basic Food Basket (CBA) increased 15.2% last month, so the same family group needed to have income $185,050 to avoid falling into poverty.

The Indec reported on Wednesday that the retail inflation during November rose to 12.8%and that the category Food and Beverages showed a greater increase than the general index, with 15.7%.
The CBA has increased 157.4% so far this year, while the CBT has increased 156%. This difference is due to the fact that regulated prices, such as transportation, increased less than the average.
If the comparison is made of November compared to the same month last year, the difference widens, since the CBA increased 189.1% and the CBT 167.5%.
