The recent meteorological phenomenon that punished AMBA so much prevented normal compliance with tax obligations.

The damage caused to communications by the recent meteorological phenomenon that punished both the AMBA and the majority of the Buenos Aires province and to other areas of the country, prevented normal compliance with tax obligationswhich is why the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of CABA (CPCECABA) requested an extension of the expirations to the different collection agencies.

Indeed, the storm and floods caused cuts in the electricity supply, the telephone signal, and internet services, issues that, as the professional entity highlights, still persist and make it impossible to access the official sites to allow the presentation of obligations. taxes, particularly in relation to this week’s due dates.

In such circumstances, the CPCECABA who presides Gabriela Russo sent various notes requesting “a prudential extension” of the maturities in order to allow compliance with the obligations in a timely manner.

Requests for extension of deadlines were directed to the Federal Administrator of Public Revenues (AFIP), Florence Mizrahi; to the President of the Arbitration Commission of the Multilateral Agreement, Luis María Capellano and to Executive Director of the Buenos Aires Province Collection Agency (ARBA), Cristian Girard.

In this way, the professional entity makes the request in the organizations in which its members are most active. However, these inconveniences not only affected the aforementioned jurisdictions but also vast regions of the country, which should not wait for the professionals to claim but rather have ex officio the moving of the deadlines to facilitate compliance.
