The Signa Advisory Board was founded in 2013, and Rene Benko was chairman of the committee until his departure in November 2023. In addition, former SPÖ Chancellor Alfred Gusenbauer as well as Wüstenrot boss and ex-FPÖ Vice Chancellor Susanne Riess-Hahn sat on the advisory board, although there were already media reports about Gusenbauer a few days ago that he was to resign from the advisory board.
A member of the Executive Board included the managing director of Signa Holding, Christoph Stadlhuber.
