As the creditor protection association Creditreform reports, the company “BroImmo” from Steyr has filed for bankruptcy with the Steyr regional court. The company worked as a service provider in the area of ​​real estate management.

According to Creditreform, the causes of insolvency are primarily the increased financial burden caused by high interest rates and problems due to the insolvency of a construction company that was involved in the construction of a house. 42 creditors and one employee are affected by the insolvency.

The liabilities amount to 2.9 million euros and there are assets of 2.5 million euros. However, the free assets only amount to 68,400 euros. There are no plans to continue the company.
