Interesting projects have already been submitted and applications are possible until January 21, 2024. The awards ceremony will take place on March 21st.
In between, the top-class jury will meet, with Heidi Pretterhofer, architect and professor of building culture at the Linz University of Art, Christian Tabernig, architect in Graz, and OÖN architecture critic Georg Wilbertz.
The categories at Daidalos are “Valuable Substance” (renovations, conversions), “Sophisticatedly Planned” (new buildings, new developments) and “Special Prize for Proven Buildings” (older buildings).

The OÖNachrichten awards the Daidalos Architecture Prize together with the Chamber of Civil Engineers for Upper Austria and Salzburg. Other partners include Energie AG, Hypo Oberösterreich, WAG, Land Oberösterreich, Neue Heimat, WSG and afo architekturforum Oberösterreich.
