Through the Resolution 5192/2023 of the National Registry of Rural Workers and Employers (RENATRE), published this Tuesday the 26th in the Official bulletina facility plan was established payment of social security debts for rural employers.

The regulations establish that the plan will be available to rural employers throughout the country and that it includes the following debts:


- Monthly contribution debt
- Debt determined ex officio by monthly contribution
- Debt determined by violation
- Debt in tax foreclosure trials
ANSES: requirements to access the plan
To access the plan, lEmployers must comply with the following requirements:
- Be registered in RENATRE
- Not being included in some indicators, presumptions and/or complaints about exploitation, human trafficking and/or child labor
- Not having been detected with informal work in their establishments
The plan offers the following payment terms:
- Single payment: with a 50% reduction on compensatory interest
- Payment in two installments: with a 40% reduction on compensatory interest
- Payment in three installments: with a 30% reduction on compensatory interest
The resolution comes into force on January 1, 2024 and repeals all other regulations that oppose it.
