Through a Resolution published this Tuesday, January 2 in the Official Gazette, the National Gas Regulatory Entity (ENARGAS) updated the value of enabling wafers for vehicles powered by Natural Gas Vehicles (NGV).
Resolution 730/2023 establishes that the value of enabling wafers for CNG-powered vehicles, whose maturities operate in the year 2024, it will be $870 per unit. This value is higher than the value in effect until December 31, 2023, which was $435.
The resolution also establishes that the value of the MERCOSUR certificates, which are the documents that accredit compliance with Mercosur technical safety standards for CNG-powered vehicles., it will be $250 per unit. This value is also higher than the value in effect until December 31, 2023, which was $125.
