According to Anton Finogenov, Deputy Director General of the Dom.RF Foundation, the construction of buildings from wooden structures contributes to the creation of a more environmentally friendly environment and a reduction in carbon footprint. Now, wooden buildings can have a very high degree of fire protection, he stressed.
Victoria Abramchenko told Izvestia that the selection of the best technologies and projects using wooden structures for the development of rural areas with the support of the federal center will have a multiplier effect.
“On the one hand, this is the preparation of modern solutions, improvement of quality characteristics during the construction of facilities in rural areas, on the other hand, it is a serious incentive for the development of our timber industry complex, especially at the time of the implementation of a new forest policy and the development of deep processing within the country,” she said. prime minister.
According to preliminary estimates, the use of wooden structures can reduce the cost of construction by up to 15%, said Vladimir Koshelev, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Utilities.
