Warehouse chain RWA brought in a new board member

Personnel changes in the warehouse and conglomerate RWA (Raiffeisen Ware Austria): Johannes Schuster took over the board position from the previous board director Stefan Mayerhofer. The RWA announced this today, Tuesday.

Mayerhofer left RWA at the end of 2023 after 14 years on the board. Schuster, a native of Freistadt, is responsible for RWA’s CEE subsidiaries, the areas of agricultural products, finance/controlling and organization/informatics. The 53-year-old was a business economist and economist at the Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich, a board member at the Raiffeisen Zentralbank Austria and most recently head of finance at the RBI subsidiary Tatra banka in Bratislava.

The CEO of the RWA is Reinhard Wolf, and the CEO is Christoph Metzker.
