The objective is to “contribute to the voluntary compliance of the tax obligations of taxpayers and/or responsible parties, on the basis of which, it is considered pertinent to make certain adjustments regarding the percentage applicable for calculating the interest rate of financing of payment facility plans -considering the current compensatory interest rate-, in order to strengthen the stimulus to the work of small and medium-sized companies.”
The general resolution comes into force from today and will be applicable to the plans of payment facilities that are presented from February 1, 2024.
