The recent construction sector salary increase represents a significant advance in the working conditions of professionals in this sector. This increase, which responds to the need to adjust salaries compared to the accumulated inflation of the previous yearhas a direct impact on various job categories, demonstrating the joint effort of the UOCRA, CAMARCO and FAEC to adapt to the economic conditions of the country and the sector.
The agreement, in force since the beginning of the year, contemplates an increase of 20% on basic salaries registered until December 31, 2023.
In addition to establishing a salary increase, the agreement includes a commitment to constant monitoring of economic and sector variables, thus ensuring continuous adaptation to market fluctuations and their socioeconomic consequences.
It is essential to highlight that this agreement is valid until January 31, 2024, indicating the parties’ willingness for future reviews in a context of economic volatility and high inflation.
