Through a resolution published this Thursday, February 1 in the Official Gazette, which bears the signature of the Minister of Security, Patricia Bullricha new salary scale for active personnel of the Police and Security Forces dependent on that portfolio.
The resolution establishes that the new monthly salaries They will be set as of February 1, 2024 and will apply to all grades of the following forces:
- National Gendarmerie
- Argentine Naval Prefecture
- Argentine Federal Police
- Airport Security Police

In addition to the monthly salaries, the resolution also establishes new values for the following concepts:
- Particular supplement “for Neighborhood Prevention Functions”
- Compensation “for Service Surcharge”
- Additional Police Service
- Custody Compensation and Railway Custody
- “Zone” Compensation
- Complement for hierarchical responsibility
Furthermore, the official text maintains that the expense required to comply with the provisions of the same will be attended to with the credits assigned to Jurisdiction 41-Ministry of Security.
Likewise, it clarifies that the measure aims to improve the salaries of Police and Security Forces personnel “in recognition of the importance of their work“.
