Automation specialist from Traun is bankrupt

The creditor protection associations Creditreform, KSV1870 and AKV informed about this today, Wednesday. HST Automotive filed an application to open bankruptcy proceedings at the Linz Regional Court.

The company, founded in 2008, specializes in the assembly of electrical systems and special machine construction. The consequences of the corona pandemic are cited as the reasons for the bankruptcy. The order situation has decreased, which has led to supply chain problems for purchased components. Price increases also occurred and large orders failed to materialize.

The assets amount to around 186,000 euros (free assets), the liabilities amount to around 6.6 million euros (excluding subordinated receivables). There are no plans to continue the company.
