After the DAX setback in the middle of the week, investors largely held back on Thursday. The leading German index was up 0.1 percent at 16,935 points in early trading. This means that the Dax remains in close contact with the record high of around 17,050 points. The MDax of the 50 medium-sized stocks rose slightly by 0.14 percent to 25,748.42 points. The Eurozone leading index EuroStoxx 50 gained 0.3 percent.
