With the return of Official Gazette, after the XL holiday, brings with it this Wednesday the regulations that make official the appointments of positions in the national government. Thus, through the Resolution 13/2024 From the National Treasury Office, the temporary assignment of Rodolfo Héctor Fassi as National Director of Administrative Summaries and Investigations of the National Treasury Office.
According to the official text, the position of National Director of Administrative Summaries and Investigations is vacant because Dr. Claudio Alberto Schifer resigned from it.
In that sense, and to ensure that the work of the National Directorate continues, Dr. Rodolfo Héctor Fassi was assigned as National Director “temporarily.”
The official text endorses Fassi’s qualifications to assume the position and emphasizes that “there is a budget available” to pay for the services provided by the lawyer.
Some keys to the designation
- This temporary assignment cannot last more than three years.
- The decision has been made in accordance with the law and the regulations of the National Public Employment System (SINEP).
- Dr. Fassi’s transitional assignment began on February 1, 2024.
- Dr. Fassi is a permanent staff agent, Level A, Grade 11, Professional Grouping, Advanced Tranche of SINEP.
- The National Directorate of Opinions has given its approval to Dr. Fassi’s assignment.
Who is Rodolfo Fassi?
According to what was published by the Government itself, Fassi is a lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, he was a Cabinet advisor to the National Directorate of Summaries of the Treasury of the Nation (1984-1991).
He also served as an instructor of Summaries of the National Directorate of Summaries of the National Treasury Office (1991-2019) and now as National Deputy Director of Administrative Summaries and Investigations of the National Treasury Office.
