The Buenos Aires collection agency enabled a tool for its taxpayers. I know all the details.

The Collection Agency of the province of Buenos Aires (ARBA) offers its taxpayers a new hack to verify how much they could have saved in it last quarter. It’s about a web simulator in order to compare the taxes paid with and without the simplified Gross Income regime.

How to enter the ARBA Savings Simulator

  • To access the simulation you must go to: www.arba.gov.ar/IBSSimulator and enter with CUIT and CIT Code.
  • Finally, what the system will do is throw how much money they could have saved in the last quarter with the Simplified regimen.

ARBA: what are the advantages of simplifying Gross Income

  • Pay in a manner unified Gross Income and the Monotax.
  • Stop submitting monthly and annual affidavits to ARBA.
  • Elimination of withholdings or perceptions for movements in bank accounts, credit card operations, purchases from suppliers, etc.

What documents do I need for ARBA to refund my tax?

All documentation -without exception- must be presented in Original and Copy, either certified copy by Public Notary. Bank certification is not valid. Furthermore, all certificates they must have a issue validity not exceeding 120 days consecutive, unless the certificate expresses otherwise or a different term.

  • Unique Document or Passport (only foreigners).
  • Application Note that must contain the following information:
  • Data of the plaintiff: Surname and First Name / Company Name, Nature of the claim, CUIT/CUIL/CDI, type and number of DNI.
  • Establishment of Address: Address established in the Province of Buenos Aires, Telephone (landline and/or cell phone) and email.

  • Place and date on which the presentation is made, signature of the plaintiff and clarification thereof.
  • Tax that is intended to be repeated and its identification (CUIT/CUIL/DNI).
  • Details of the facts on which the claim is based.
  • Detail of the fiscal periods and amounts claimed.
  • If you request imputation: indicate taxes and periods.
  • A note ““repetition demand type” downloadable in the web.
  • Instrument, Writing either Testimony that caused the payment of the fee (original and copy).
  • Wrong payment or if there is Debt (paid and not credited): Voucher payment (legible copies of the payments of the lien or accessory that is repeated).
  • If applicable: Sworn declaration of Judicial Instruments Incorrect and, if any, Statement Correct Judicial Instruments Sworn.
  • Optionally Forms of:
  • Request for refund, accreditation or compensation of payments (R-338)
  • Affidavit – Repetition demands (R-348) (they are printed on the Website or requested at the Local Service Center).

Keep in mind that this process can be done in person by making an appointment through the ARBA website.
