Creditor protectors expect signals from the insolvency administrators as to whether the restructuring is going according to plan or not. They only expect a final assessment of whether this can succeed shortly before the vote on the restructuring plan on March 18th.

The audit meeting for Signa Prime is scheduled for next Monday, February 26th, at 1:00 p.m. at the Commercial Court in Vienna, and that for Signa Development at 3:00 p.m. Signa Prime restructuring administrator Norbert Abel and Signa Development restructuring administrator Andrea Fruhstorfer will inform creditors about the amount of the registered and disputed claims. Unlike Signa Prime, Development also has a reporting meeting in which Fruhstorfer will report on the status of the restructuring process and answer questions from creditors. However, Abel is also expected to make a statement on the Signa Prime situation.
