As recorded by the secretariat, there is an absence of Certification Bodies as well as Laboratories with testing capacity for the entire range of products involved in the regulations in question. “It is necessary to highlight that these organizations are configured as essential actors for the implementation of the previously mentioned regulations,” the letter developed. For this reason, they decided to postpone compliance with those regulations until they had the appropriate infrastructure.
