Strictly speaking, there are 4 resolutions, since number 1 grants authorization to the signature Tibro Netherlands, and resolution 4 approves the transfer of the license of this company in favor of the firm Starlink Argentina SRL
The organization highlighted the role of satellite connectivity by pointing out that “many places in the country have access to the internet prohibited” and that now “People and companies in agricultural activities, tourism developments, oil, fishing, mining and educational activities, among others, will be able to access high-speed internet via satellite.”

Telecommunications: deregulation of internet services
At the end of December, Javier Milei had announced the deregulation of satellite internet services. “To allow the entry of a company like Starlink,” he explained at the time.
Starlink is the global satellite internet services company which he founded in 2015 Elon Musk, as part of his space company SpaceX. The richest man on the planet, with a personal fortune that according to Forbes reaches $240.5 billion, was very complimentary of the libertarian after he won the runoff.
In this sense andThe Milei decree that was finally not approved by Congress, included in its Chapter II modifications to the Argentine Digital law (Law No. 27,078) indicates that “the provision of facilities for satellite communications systems will be free.” However, despite the non-approval, the Government decided to carry out the decision anyway throughe resolutions with the current auditor.
As reported by the EFE Agency at the end of November, the Starlink services will arrive in Argentina in 2024, as reported on the company’s official website.
As appears on a map published on the official Starlink site, Musk’s connectivity service will begin operating in the South American country next year.
“We are working on it,” acknowledged the elected representative. Diana MondinoMilei’s foreign policy reference, in response to a user of the social network X.
