Building workers reached an agreement for parity: 45% increase over January salary
Fateryh, representing the workers of the activity, and the representatives of the chambers of the employer sector came to a 45% (forty-five percent) salary increase agreementto be calculated based on the basic salary corresponding to the month of January 2024.
It will be for the fourth category established in article 6 CCT 589/590 -10, applying to the additional agreements, and in proportion to the remaining categories established in the aforementioned article. as remuneration for the month of February 2024.
They also agreed in article 19 Bis CCT that the parties agree that the amount to be withheld by the employer as the contribution established in article 19 bis of CCT 589-590/10 will be equivalent to the contribution of the union dues. (2% to be calculated on the total remuneration concepts).
The parties will meet at the end of February in order to establish a recomposition and/or salary increase.
