As Javier Milei had anticipated, the trusts in which the National State participates will be audited. In the coming days the decree will be signed.
Just as I had anticipated Javier Mileithe trust funds will pass to the competition of Ministry of Economy. This way, The Government gives Luis Caputo the power to audit what is calculated are about 50 trusts in which the National State participates.
Economy will have the competence to exercise the steering and driving of these funds. He decree will be signed by the President in the next days.
Although, initially, It was thought that there were around 30 trustsit was found to be a number close to 50.
Trust funds are a legal instrument which, in general, already has a established purpose. The decision to audit these trusts does not represent that the confirmation of a illicit. Although they have a complex structureand therefore they are difficult to audit, in others (such as infrastructure) it is simpler to know whether the funds went to the destination for which such trust was created.
