Exports
Regarding exports, the volume of vehicles exported in the second month of the year reached 23,584 units, experiencing an increase of 54.10% compared to January, although presenting a slight decrease of 1.60% compared to February 2023. With these partial results for February, the sector exported a total of 38,886 units in the first two months of 2024, representing an increase of 10.10% compared to the same period of the previous year.

Regarding internal sales, the sector sold 33,234 units to the dealer network in February, exceeding January volume by 108.50% and showing an increase of 10.30% compared to February 2023. In the accumulated period, from January to February, a total of 49,176 units were sold to the network, which represents a decrease of 5.9% compared to 52,237 units in the same period of the previous year.
Faced with the drop of 5.90% in wholesale sales and 27.4% in patents in the accumulated two-month period in the domestic market, Zuppi stressed the importance of monitoring continually improve performance and work on tool development that promote a return to the path of growth.
