One of the objectives of the new regulations is that citizens in general can know the rules that regulate public procurement.
The Government approved this Tuesday, through the Official Gazette, under the Provision 15/2024a Regulatory Compendium that brings together the regulations currently in force on the Public Works Contracting Regime in the National Public Administration.
According to the official text, the objectives of the regulations are clear and present palpable benefits, since it marks a crucial progress in the transparency and efficiency of public procurement“serving as a fundamental tool for various actors involved in this process.”

The Regulatory Compendium is established with three fundamental objectives.
