According to the application, one reason for the insolvency is the corona pandemic: a major German customer failed, which led to a drop in sales. In addition, there were increased energy and raw material costs, which could only be passed on to customers to a limited extent. A continuation of the company is planned. The creditors should receive a quota of 20 percent within two years.
