As specified in Decree 274/2024 published in the Official Gazette, salaries will be updated monthly according to INDEC.
Finally, the Government published andl Decree of Necessity and Urgency (DNU) that will increase the salaries of retirees. As specified in Decree 274/2024 published in the Official Gazette, the update will be monthly according to the inflation published by INDEC and it is clarified that, in no case may the application of said index produce a decrease in the assets received by the beneficiary.
Retirees: when will the first update be effective
The first update based on the mobility provided will be effective from the pension benefits corresponding to the month of July 2024.
For the purposes of the transition, to determine the mobility corresponding to the month of June 2024, the formula in force on the date of issuance of this document will be applicable.
Retirees: who is included in this change in the update
Included in this change are those who are beneficiaries of the following benefits:
a) Universal basic benefit.
b) Compensatory benefit.
c) Retirement due to disability.
d) Death pension.
e) Additional benefit for permanence.
f) Old age benefit
