The US aircraft manufacturer Boeing is facing a change of boss after a series of safety defects in aircraft production. Dave Calhoun is leaving the company by the end of the year, Boeing announced on Monday. The 66-year-old has recently been heavily criticized for the company’s handling of the incident on January 5th, when a part of the fuselage of an almost new 737 Max 9 broke off in flight.
