According to the IPC-OJF (GBA), March inflation was 12.2% monthly and registered an interannual growth of 288.3%. On the other hand, the core inflation It advanced at a monthly rate of 9.2%, marking an annual increase of 299.2%. Thus, the accumulated general inflation was 51.6%, and the core inflation accumulated 47.0% in March.

Item by item: how each one fared

Regarding the main items, Education and Housing led the increases of the month, registering monthly increases of 37.5% and 20.6% respectively, followed by Clothing and Healthwhich presented a variation of 16.8% and 15.1% respectively.

The measurement corefor its part, showed a variation of 9.2% and in annual terms registered an increase of 299.2%. Regarding seasonal goods and services, the variation recorded was 13.8% monthly, while Regulated rose 20.7% monthly.
