Who can apply for this benefit?
Within the framework of the tax relief law, debt forgiveness can be requested by:
- Nonprofit entities and organizations such as neighborhood clubs
- Work and school cooperatives
- Popular libraries and community organizations
- It also covers debts of up to $ 100,000 from:
- monotributistas and other small taxpayers
- of micro and small companies that have the MiPME Certificate.
Where to apply for debt forgiveness?
The request can be made until March 2, 2022 through the AFIP website, within the service “Debt forgiveness – Title I – Law 27.653” with tax code security level 3.
