“In the conversations we have had with governors and legislators, we proposed analyzing the most balanced point for the personal income tax floor,” Francos said this Tuesday in statements to radio Miter.
“And in the last meetings we held we reported that the floor was going to be $1,800,000 for individual workers and $2,200,000 for those who were married with children,” explained the Minister of the Interior.

Regarding the retroactive payment, Guillermo Francos confirmed that it will not be paid. “There will be no retroactive charge, it is from the enactment of the law. We are going to eliminate the situation that remained unresolved from the last quarter of 2023,” he assured.
