Daily rental rates in the areas of Russian ski resorts have reached 150 thousand rubles. This is stated in the message of the CIAN, which was received by Izvestia on Tuesday, December 21.
“The beginning of the winter season has intensified the demand for rental housing near ski resorts. Depending on the location, the cost of living can vary by an order of magnitude, “- the message says.
So, in Sochi, there are several lots worth from 100 thousand rubles per day, and in the Moscow region their price is calculated “several tens of thousands of rubles.” Near less status regional complexes, you can rent a cottage or an apartment for 8-10 thousand rubles, according to CIAN.
The most expensive lot with daily rent of 150 thousand rubles was a cottage with an area of 198 sq. m in the village of Esto-Sadok on Krasnaya Polyana. In second place is a two-story brick house with an area of 220 sq. m in Sheregesh costing 50 thousand rubles per day. On the third – a wooden chalet with an area of 360 sq. m in Dombai, which can be rented for 45 thousand rubles per day.
The rental price in Sorochany near Moscow in the Dmitrovsky urban district of the Moscow region is in fourth place. Rent a two-storey house with an area of 900 sq. m here you can for 30 thousand rubles per day.
The cheapest offer in the rating is a two-room apartment with an area of 52 sq. m for six people at the resort Bolshoy Vudyavr in the Murmansk region. Renting it for a day costs 8 thousand rubles. The apartment is within walking distance from the ski slope, the City Park and Lake Superior.
In early December, the federal portal World of Apartments reported that the rent of cottages for the New Year holidays in Russia on average rose by 15% per year, to 58 thousand rubles for three New Year’s days – from December 31 to January 2. In the Moscow region, on average, you can rent a cottage (excluding the elite offer) for these dates for 60-120 thousand rubles in three days. The cheapest house is rented for 45 thousand rubles.
In the Leningrad Region, the cost of New Year’s rental of cottages starts from 35 thousand rubles in three days and on average is about 50-100 thousand rubles. In Sochi and Yalta, the most budgetary options cost 30-35 thousand rubles for three days, but prices can go up to 100 thousand rubles. In Gelendzhik, Anapa, rates range from 20 thousand to 80 thousand rubles, except for elite options.
