In the Moscow region, the real cost of celebrating the New Year outside the city is 50-70 thousand rubles per day. Taking into account that a cottage (for ten people) is usually rented for at least three days, it is worthwhile to budget 150-200 thousand rubles, the analyst said.
“In the Moscow region, the demand for New Year’s rent was very high this year, already in October most of the proposals were sorted out almost instantly. The markup compared to ordinary months is up to 20 times the minimum rate – for example, there are many offers for both 300 and 600 thousand rubles from December 31 to January 2, ”said Julia, director of the Est-a-Tet resale real estate sales office Dymova.
She added that compared to last New Year’s holidays, the average cost of suburban New Year’s rent has grown to 15%.
According to analysts from Cyan, the cost of daily rent for apartments in Moscow on New Year’s holidays increased by 17% compared to last year, in St. Petersburg – by 15%, in the Krasnodar Territory – by 10%, in the Kaliningrad region – by 29%.
