Through Resolution 122/2024 of the Ministry of Justice, published this Tuesday in the Official Gazette, modifications were established in the fees collected by the Sectional Registries of Automotive Propertyas well as the minimum amounts and limits for the settlement of emoluments by those in charge of these records.

As mentioned in the official standard, the modifications include the replacement of the annexes that contain the tariffs and amounts, with the objective of maintaining proportionality between them and the values ​​of the registered goods, as well as guaranteeing the economic-financial balance of the records.

The standard also mentions that the proposed increases are lower than the inflationary indices recorded since the last modifications introduced in these standards. The measure comes into effect upon its publication.

Likewise, the provision modifies the fees that the Sectional Registries of Automotive Property must charge for various procedures, such as registering a 0 km vehicle, transferring a used vehicle, obtaining a ownership report, among others.
