Conny Zhang is one of the most powerful women in the German music business. She is Spotify’s Head of Music for the DACH region – at just 30 years old. Her age is often an issue, which is perhaps why she is sometimes underestimated. On “Die Boss” she explains why that’s not always a bad thing.
