The lowest minimum wage in the region is Venezuelawhere it barely reaches 3.6 dollars per month. The second place on that undesirable podium is occupied by Cuba, with 79 dollars. In third place is Haiti, with $80 minimum wage.
Below Argentina in the region are only those three countries and Nicaragua, very close to our country, with $196 minimum wage.
How is Argentina in the world inflation ranking?
In February, Argentina registered an increase in consumer prices of 13.2% and 276% in one year, according to Indec.
