Swiss Post offers personally addressed advertising mail to business customers via the “Info.Mail” service. The processing of the shipments is carried out either by the advertising company itself or by these consolidators. For further processing, Swiss Post concludes annual contracts with discounts with both major customers and consolidators. In 2018 the discounts for consolidators fell sharply, whereupon the now decided lawsuit was brought. The Post said that the decision of the Supreme Court will be taken note of and that it will of course be implemented.
