The request seeks to ensure that the AFIP applications for the liquidation of Profits and Personal Assets are available 90 days before expiration.
This is an insistent claim by the Federation to expedite the presentation of the DDJJ and avoid the delay that occurs every year when having the AFIP web applications necessary to settle these taxes. It is intended that this change be incorporated into the tax package awaiting treatment in Parliament
The FACPCE authorities pointed out that “it is important that the AFIP web applications for Personal Profits and Assets are “90 calendar days before the expiration date of these taxes, so that taxpayers and Economic Sciences professionals will be able to present them in a timely manner. forms the sworn statements”.
The Federation’s request, addressed by note to the president of the Chamber, Martín Menem, and the heads of the different legislative blocks, aims to solve a structural problem that hinders the presentation within the expected deadlines. “The continuous modifications prevent the AFIP from making progress in making the final applications available on its website,” indicated the FACPCE.
A long-standing problem facing taxpayers and economics professionals
“We believe that the treatment of the fiscal package is an excellent opportunity to solve this long-standing problem at its roots. that taxpayers face, and therefore, the economic sciences professionals who are in charge of preparing the sworn statements and need sufficient time to complete this task,” said the president of the FACPCE, José Simonella.
In this framework, the Federation’s proposal incorporates a second and third paragraph in article 11 of the Tax Procedure Law (Law 11,683), establishing that the web services necessary for the preparation, presentation and payment of the sworn declarations of Profits and Personal Assets are available “at least 90 calendar days in advance” of the expiration dates established by the AFIP.
In the case of the 2023 fiscal period, and by exception, given the modifications still in progress, it requests that that date begin to operate “60 business days” after the definitive applications are made available.
