Ferraresi organized a conference on territorial planning and land management at the CCK

The other panels were entitled “Planning and land use planning”, “Land management in municipalities” and “Recovery of land valorization in urban development”, and they had the participation of the Ministry of Territorial Development and Habitat, from the directors of Management Strategies and Territorial Ordering, Olaf Jovanovich, Land Production and Management Instruments, Agustin Pinedo, and Assistance and Territorial Link, Luis Baer, as well as the territorial planning advisor, Marta Aguilar.

They also presented the national director of Programming and Coordination of Public Works of the Ministry of Public Works, Alfredo Garay, and various provincial and municipal authorities for habitat and housing, as well as specialists in urban and regional planning, Edgardo Contreras Ours, and in urban development, Cintia Barenboim.

Also in the afternoon Little boxes Y Duarte, together with the Undersecretary of Municipal Relations of the Ministry of the Interior, Pablo Giles, presented the awards of the Contest of Innovative Experiences of Planning, Territorial Development and Land Policies, which evaluated the implementation of different policies that guarantee the right to access a decent and environmentally sustainable habitat for thousands of families throughout the country.

In this context, the provincial governments of San Luis, Salta and Santa Cruz received their decoration; the municipalities of Mercedes, Berazategui, Pehuajó, Patagones, Benito Juárez, San Miguel and Malvinas Argentinas (province of Buenos Aires); Gualeguaychú and the Compañía Entrerriana de Tierras SE (Entre Ríos); the city of Formosa; General Güemes, La Caldera and the capital city (Salta); Viedma (Rio Negro); Sunchales (Santa Fe); Tunuyán (Mendoza) and Nono (Córdoba).

Finally, the closing of the event was in charge of the Minister of Territorial Development and Habitat, Jorge Feraresi, who valued the central objective of this conference, and remarked that “we must begin to value the role of the State as a key tool for development”, and from there “build a 20-year Argentina that includes, has on the agenda to build houses as a right of ascending social class that is maintained over time ”.
