Where the Danube flows into the Enns, a new commercial, industrial and logistics park is being built on a site measuring around 65,000 square meters in the Ennshafen industrial area near Linz. The gross floor area is expected to be 40,000 square meters. Variable rental units starting at 2,550 square meters are planned. Companies in the metal and steel processing, food, vehicle construction, chemical and transport sectors in particular are expected to benefit from the space and proximity to Linz.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the project took place on Tuesday in the presence of State Economics Councilor Markus Achleitner and Enns Mayor Christian Deleja-Hotko.
