How to register a worker in AFIP?
From now on, to communicate the registration of a worker to the AFIP It will be enough to simply inform the CUIL and/or CUIT, address where the economic activity is carried out, start date of the employment relationship, type of contract, social work and the date of end of the relationship, in case it is a contract to fixed term.
In this sense, the period for uploading the remaining data is extended until the first settlement of the salary, such as the amount of the monthly remuneration or the position in which the worker will perform. Previously, they had to do it before the actual start of the tasks.
Thus, employers will have more time to complete the remaining information, which results in less bureaucratic burden for employers and faster worker registration.
